Hardfacing Electrodes (Star Gold-H550) are ideal for such application where approx. 550-600 brinell hardness is required for the grinding purpose.
Applicable for concrete mixers blades, excavators teeth, cement die rings, screw conveyors, scraper blades, steel mill rollers, etc.
