We have with us a systematically developed manufacturing unit. The unit is equipped with advanced machinery that is required for the precision production of Welding Electrodes, such as dry mixer, wet mixer, briquetting press, extruder, wire feeder, brushing, tip end cleaning, and others.
Quality Assurance
At our end, we follow stringent quality policies that including constant monitoring of raw material, chemicals, production techniques and testing. The Welding Electrodes are tested on trail plates to measure their coating thickness, boding material and to analyze chemical.
